No Return Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We take great care to ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected and shipped in undamaged, brand-new condition. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned.

Change of Mind
We offer exchanges for change of mind within 3 days of receiving your order for a shipping fee of AED 20.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 779 1943 within 48 hours of delivery. Defective items will be replaced after we receive the returned item, usually within 3 days. To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos showing the damage or defective item

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24–48 hours.
We provide tracked delivery for all shipments. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate; we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
